SHIPPING

PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE AND CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE REGARDING DELIVERY. We make every effort to ship items as quickly as possible, in the order which they are received.  Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for the east coast and 4-6 business days to the west coast.

Need your hair tomorrow? We got you! Just select next-day Express Shipping at check out. All orders must be signed for. Orders will only be shipped to the address that matches the credit card you used to pay for the order. No exceptions.

Please be sure to double check the shipping address information you are submitting with your order. An incorrect address name, phone number or zip code will delay the delivery of your package. Address corrections can not be made once the package has shipped, as it is out of our control. No refunds will be issued for refused, un-deliverable, unprocessed or abandoned shipments. If a shipment is returned to us due to a wrong address or order refusal, you must pay the additional shipping charges to reship the package. Once packages have shipped, they are completely out of our control and we accept no responsibility concerning its whereabouts.  Please contact the shipping carrier with any disputes or concerns regarding a shipment. Please allow ample time for inclement weather, unforeseen delays, holidays and carrier strikes when placing an order. You will be notified of any delays that we are made aware of. 

 

TRACKING

Tracking is provided for ALL orders and will be sent to the email address you provided. Once the order has shipped you will be able to track your order using the information provided in your order tracking email. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number, please contact us immediately with your order number. Please allow ample time for inclement weather, unforeseen delays, holidays and carrier strikes when placing an order. You will be notified of any delays that we are made aware of. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. (Shipping for Wigs and Wholesale orders are extended. Please see item for precise details). Payments are processed immediately upon receipt. Once the order is submitted, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the order you have selected, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 3pm EST.  Any orders placed after 3pm EST. will be processed on the following business day. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends are not included in normal processing and shipping days. 

 

BACK ORDERS AND ORDER DELAYS

In the event that the popularity of a particular item exceeds the inventory on hand, you will be contacted via email with the estimated date of arrival. If the item can not be shipped within a reasonable time frame you will be given the option to continue to wait, select a new hair texture or length or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for shipment delays. It is always best to place your order far in advance of your need to allow for unforeseen carrier or climate delays. 

 

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Orders can not be cancelled or changed once the payment has processed. Due to the delicate nature of our product and in accordance with public health and safety standards the return of human hair products are strictly prohibited. No refunds or exchanges allowed unless there is an error on our part. Please make selections carefully before submitting payment as all sales are final.

Please note that we adhere to our polices strictly. There are no exceptions. By making any purchase on our website you thereby agree to adhere to all policies contained therein. In the case of a charge back, we will fight the charge back to the fullest extent. Our return & exchange policy is quite clear and forms a legally binding contract.
