At Bundle Babes Hair Imports we pride ourselves on having a high level of integrity. Like you, we'd never choose quantity over quantity or compromise when we know that the absolute best is what we deserve. We make no false claims relative to the nature of our product, our hair is raw, premium quality, 100% unprocessed virgin human hair. No high temp hair fibers, No silicon/acid baths, No fancy, exotic names or false claims of origin, just beautiful hair that last.
WILL ALL OF MY BUNDLES HAVE THE EXACT SAME TEXTURE AND COLOR?
A: No. Our hair is absolutely 100% virgin. No steam or chemical processing is ever done as these types of processes are signs of poor hair quality. Remember, just as no two individuals share the same DNA, this also holds true with our virgin hair. We can not guarantee that each bundle will share the exact same texture, wave pattern or color - which are attributes of authentic virgin hair. We will always do our best to send similar items when possible.
HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?
A: Bundle Babes Hair is sold by weight. Each bundle weighs approximately 95-100 grams depending upon the length. Below is a suggested point of reference to assist you in determining how much hair you may need to do a full install with minimal leave out - on an average size head:
14" - 16" • 2 bundles
18" - 20" • 3 bundles
22" - 24" • 4 bundles
SHOULD I CO-WASH MY BUNDLES BEFORE THE INSTALL?
A: YES. Keeping in line with public safety standards, all human hair is cleansed with an antimicrobial agent prior to shipment. Co-washing is an excellent practice as It will remove any left over cleansing agents, define the texture, make the curls pop and allow you to manipulated the texture by scrunching or smoothing it out to suit your desired style prior to your install.
CAN I COLOR MY BUNDLE BABES HAIR BUNDLES
A: ABSOLUTELY. Because our hair is 100% unprocessed, chemical free and only contains its organically occurring tones of natural black to medium brown, this makes it perfect for coloring. We recommend seeking an experienced, licensed professional when coloring your precious bundles. The hair can be colored using semi, demi and permanent hair color. Bleaching is not recommended as its harsh chemical effects may compromise the integrity and texture of the hair. Proceed with caution.
CAN I HEAT STYLE MY HAIR?
A: YES. Flat iron, curling wand, heated rollers, curling irons and waving irons are great heat styling tools to assist you with switching up your hairstyle on the regular. Heat free styling options like twist outs, braid sets, flexi-rods and pin curls offer excellent ways of creating diversity without the worry of causing heat damage.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS for STUDENTS or LICENSED STYLIST?
A: We sure do. Students: Send us an email from your school email address to: bundlebabeshair@gmail.com -The subject line should read: STUDENT DISCOUNT REQUEST. The body of the email must contain a photo of your valid, unexpired school ID, as well as the name and telephone number of your school. Once verified, we will email you a discount code good for a one time use of $50 off any 2 or more bundles. Offers can not be combined or used in conjunction with any other offers.
Licensed Stylist: Send us an email to: bundlebabeshair@gmail.com - The subject line should read: STYLIST DISCOUNT REQUEST. The body of the email must contain a valid copy of your current, unexpired cosmetology license as well as the name and phone number of the salon you work at/own. Once verified, we will email you a discount code good for one time use of $75 off any 3 or more bundles.
WILL THERE BE ANY SHEDDING?
A: We take every possible precaution to eradicate shedding - Our wefts are tightly stitched, sealed, triple reinforced, thin and flexible which allows for a more seamless/bulk-free install. Our wefts contain no glue like agents as these chemicals have been reported to cause itching, irritation and thinning hair loss. Uopn arrival there may still be some loose hairs within the body of the bundle left over from the wefting process, this "shedding" is completely NORMAL and should subside immediately after you have brushed it a few times. When cutting your wefts during the installation process, expect a bit more shedding; sealing the ends after each cut will reduce this occurrence. Daily shedding is expected but it should be very minimal. To eliminate the possibility of shedding, do not sew through the weft and always avoid any type of chemicals from touching the wefts as this may weaken the threads and cause excessive amounts of hair to be released.
DO YOU HAVE ANY INSIDE TIPS & TRICKS TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF MY BUNDLES?
A: Bundle Babes Hair is known for lasting up-to and well beyond a year. With proper care and TLC you'll bear witness to this as well. Shampoo and deep condition regularly. Minimize heat styling to maintain a healthy integrity. Avoid dryness and split ends by trimming the ends as needed. Avoid chemicals such as color, relaxer, bleach etc. from touching the wefts during processing as this will weaken the threads and cause excess shedding.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY HEAD FOR A LACE WIG?
A: Taking the proper measurements is very important. Although our glue-less wig do have a bit of stretch to them, the proper measurements will ensure the most comfortable fit. For the most accurate results use a flexible measuring tape. During the measuring process, make sure your hair resembles what it will look like underneath your wig ie; ponytail, braids etc. and finally, measure each area at least least 3 times for accuracy.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
A: Our wholesale program is currently on pause. We are making some changes and fine tuning the logistics to allow for increased earning potential of our partners. Please check back soon. CAN YOU CAN TEACH ME HOW TO WEAVE LIKE A PRO?
A: As a master hair stylist and hair extension specialist of over two decades I have had the chance to learn, perfect and create many hair extension methods that are safe and gentle for all hair types. No braids, No beads, No tape, No glue, No removers, No tension and No damage. I work three days per week 11 am - 3 pm and I'm often home by 4 pm most days. DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?
A: NO. There are a myriad of reasons why we do not accept Pay Pal, too many to list in fact. Let's just say that years of conducting business has taught us a few hard learned lessons from which we have grown and determined what works in our best interest. Our payment processor Authorize.net is the worlds most reputable and highly regarded. The multiple levels of protection, encryption, fail safes and firewalls they provide are indestructible, which means that your credit card and personal information extremely safe. We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and many other payment options for your added convenience.
FYI:
Remember, once the hair has been chemically altered in any way it is no longer considered to be virgin; therefore the lifespan of the hair can not be guaranteed.
